How To Donate (Patient donations are our LIFE blood!)

Please consider a donation if you have been blessed by our mission.  If you are on Medicaid or unemployed, we understand and do not expect a donation as you struggle to make ends meet and this is why we provide these services free to those who absolutely cannot afford to help.

Donate by Pay Pal: If you want to avoid the hassle of Post Office service, currency conversions, and writing a check, you may donate simply by way of a secure PayPal link using a credit card or PayPal account.  To do this, please click the button below:

While it was promised years ago, we regret to report that we do not receive any funding or support from The Neuropathy Association.

Please consider becoming a sponsoring member of the NSN by a monthly recurring donation.

Donate by US Mail:  Make check payable to: Network for Neuropathy Support, Inc., and mailed to 645 NE 19TH Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.

All donations are acknowledged by letter.  All donations are tax deductible.  NSN has no paid employees and 75 cents of every dollar supports the direct mission to patients and the other 25 cents supports overhead / expense costs of the corporation and daily operation.

  1. COL ITS GOOD TO SEE YOU’RE STILL WITH US! YOU ADVISED ME A FEW YEARS BACK ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND YOU WERE CORRECT ON EVERY COUNT! MY NEUROPATHY PAIN INCREASED TO A POINT THAT I COULD NOT STAND IT ANY MORE, LYRICA WAS PRESCRIBED AND MY LOWER EXTREMITIES HAD SO MUCH SWELLING I LOOKED LIKE THE PILLSBURY DOUGH BOY, I AM NOW ON GABAPENTINE 300MG AND FEELING SOME RELIEF. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I CAN GO TO 1800MG BUT NOT SURE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS OF 300MG SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN STAY AT 300MG! I BELIEVE MY PERSONEL PHYSICIAN HAS DIGNOSED AUTONOMIC NEUROPATHY, RAPID HEART RATE, SWEAT DEPRIVED, CONSTANT DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS I.E. DIVERTICULOSIS. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I’M STILL HERE AND SO ARE YOU! TAKE CARE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! A.HARWOOD USMC 1967-?

    1. Andrew: According to the Medical Literature, you have all the signs of some form of CIDP and these can be treated with IVIG. See the article on WHY IVIG on the Journal. Still kicking. You will be please to note that the VA was still denying the correct effective date for my disability BUT after waiting 3 years finally went before the appeals Judge who was VERY SUPPORTIVE only to discover that the Statement of the Case the VA sent, was sent to the wrong address and no one was the wiser until she saw this mistake out of many made by the VA reviewers. Nothing would surprise me anymore about the VA. Look good for approval but never know until word is official and in writing. So, never never give up fighting!
