There is nothing like a good laugh to make you feel better!
For years science has shown that humor is our best friend, helping the body reduce the perception of pain by releasing the natural body chemical called serotonin. This natural body chemical heals, reduces tension and calms emotions. It is difficult to go to “war” or fight when everyone is laughing -together!
So we have a monthly bit a humor posted throughout the month as you visit the website. You are encouraged to come here for a good relaxing laugh.
